Imtilak is a real estate brokerage company that offers various residential and administrative real estate projects, and aims to reach clients interested in purchasing or investing in real estate in the Saudi market. Challenge

Marketing administrative properties is a major challenge due to the high cost and difficulty in targeting the right customers. The real estate market in general is full of advertisements, which makes it necessary to stand out in a smart and attractive way to ensure reach and conviction.


Goal

The primary goal of the campaign wasto achieve the largest number of potential customers (Leads)at the best possible cost, whilestrengthening the brand's digital presence and preparing the audience to make a purchasing decision, especially in the administrative area that requires additional effort. Strategy

The marketing team at B Digital Solutions developed an integrated strategy that precisely targeted the audience through sequential campaigns:

  • Engagement and awareness-raising campaignsInitially, to create momentum and boost confidence.

The advertising content was designed based on the different nature of the target audience in the two sectors (residential and administrative).

Implementation stages

The campaign was implemented in four main stages:

  • Content and Ad Creation: We created carefully tailored ads for each type of audience, focusing on the added values of each project.

  • Launching advertising campaigns: Ads were run on Instagram using advanced targeting techniques, and the campaigns were distributed in phases with the aim of increasing interaction first, then launching enhanced Leads campaigns.
